What to do when I've been Dumped

Ever been dumped? I am sure you have, and I am sure you remember feeling all the heartache and the pain and the questions...why, why, why? What did I do? You get no answers and you just feel like shit. Your Ex doesn't care and won't even answer your calls. Love slowly fades as hatred creeps in...Question is now, What do I do when I've been dumped? The answer is simple.

What do you do?...you have to keep yourself together. As hard as it is do not lose your composure, DO NOT  lose your cool, just bite your tongue and get on with life as normal...this is very important and I will explain why later. People are expecting you to fall in a hole, break down and start crying or just explode. Show them that you have some self worth, some self repect and some self esteem. Just hold it together...you will be amazed at the respect you will gain. This is alot easier to say than it is to do. You will be on a emotional rollercoaster and want to do all of the above...but keep your mojo on and don't show how you are feeling, at least for now.

And this is the reason why...No one will know what you are thinking. Sounds too simple doesnt it, but it is true. No one will no what you are thinking and this will EAT THEM ALIVE! Humans by nature need to know, and if the answer is just out of their reach, they need to know even more. Your Ex will be asking his/her friends to find out what is going on, and they will keep trying until they find out. This puts you in a commanding position. If you want to get your ex back then you will be able to use certain techniques to do this ( I will outline them in another post) or...if you dont want the worthless piece of ungrateful crap then you will still have the respect of all your peers and will be able to move on quicker and with someone better..see...a win/win situation.
Question is, Can you do it? If you can't you will be just like most of the people on the planet. They get dumped then they  just go and post hate mail on facebook and send nasty txt messages, but does this help them? Far from it, they discredit themselves and just look like idiots and end up worse off. Don't do this. If you can take the advice in this column you will be up there with the best! I kid you not. Take the high road and take control of your life and ultimately your destiny....
